One inhaler equals over 150 uses! Please Note: the longer they stay open, the faster the oil evaporates, diminishing their potency & effectiveness.

Instructions: Five by Five

1. Remove the Knock Off the Cough inhaler cap by gently twisting it.
2. The Knock Off Aromatherapy Inhaler should be waved back and forth near the nostril opening, careful not to touch the skin. 
3. Inhale deeply for 5 seconds, or as is comfortable, hold for 5 seconds, and exhale for 5 seconds. Think 5-5-5!!!
4. Repeat 2-3 times to relieve cough or till your symptoms subside. 
5. Do not use heavily over an extended period, as this can cause damage to the mucous membrane inside the nostril.

Repeat this process whenever you feel a cough coming on!

HORSE (yellow) - Eucalyptus, Lavender, and *Peppermint

Horse is our most lively scent upon KOTC’s initial launch. It was added to be our first true alternative scent, with oodles more arriving sooner rather than later. Horse gives you those little kicks that we all need throughout the day. On top of its ability to reduce dry cough & soothe scratchy throats, it also possesses the healing properties of an expectorant, decongestant, anti-inflammatory, antispasmodic, antioxidant, antiviral, antimicrobial, antidepressant, anti-anxiety and even improves cardiovascular health. Combine all these attributes with the cough suppression and you’re left with a calming, relaxing effect, which in turn promotes deeper, better sleep cycles.

Caution: Keep out of reach of children & pets. Do not use it on children under the age of 5. Assist children ages 5 and older by waving the inhaler under their nose, and not holding it directly under the nose for a long time. Do not ingest.
